Refund and Returns Policy
Please Note:
- Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- No refunds – only exchanges are allowed. Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and free of any perfume smells.
- After-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns without prior approval from our Customer Service will not be accepted.
- Custom duty (VAT) charged by your government will not be refunded.
- You will be responsible for postage costs.
How to Return:

Initiate a Return:
- Email us at info@snbridal.co.uk with your Order ID within 4 days of receiving your package.
- Include an explanation and photos if possible.
- Returns without prior approval from our Customer Service are not acceptable.

Return Instructions:
- Once approved, Customer Service will provide you with a return address and a Product Return Form.
- Send the item(s) via your local post office within 3 days of receiving the return form.
- Note: Avoid using expedited couriers like UPS, DHL, or FedEx due to high custom duty charges. Use the normal economic Post Office service and email us the tracking number of your returned parcel.

Quality Issues:
- Defective or damaged items: If your items are defective or damaged and confirmed by our Customer Service team, you will be eligible for a refund.
- Color mismatch: While we strive to represent online colors accurately, we cannot guarantee a perfect match due to variations in lighting, photoshopped images, and different screen settings. All finished products undergo a twice quality control inspection. If you believe the measurements of your dress are incorrect, please send us pictures of you in the dress along with professional measurements.

Shipping Issues:
- Missing items: If an item is missing from your order, contact our Customer Service to receive the missing item.
- Lost packages: If your local courier lost your package, contact them ASAP. We will assist you in filing a complaint and obtaining a refund.
